Electronic Prescription Service Issues




Since July 2022 we have been experiencing connectivity issues which has affected the electronic prescribing system (EPS).

This has resulted in a delay in pharmacies receiving some repeat and new prescription requests. We are working with NHS IT providers to rectify the issue and we hope to have this resolved shortly.

If you have not received your prescription, please either call or visit the surgery in order for the surgery to re-issue your prescription.

Unfortunately, we are unable to receive prescription requests by email or eConsult at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and ask for your patience during this period.
