Why Donate Blood?
Blood donations help patients undergoing surgeries, cancer treatments, and those with chronic illnesses. A single donation can save up to three lives!
Who Can Donate?
Healthy individuals aged 17–65 can donate who weigh between 7 stone 17Ibs and 25 stone and meet the donor eligibility criteria.
How Often Can You Donate?
Whole blood donations can typically be made every 12 (for men) or 16 weeks (for women).
Does It Hurt?
The process is quick and relatively painless. Most donors feel fine afterward, though some may experience mild dizziness.
