The NHS in Kent and Medway plans and provides healthcare for our population. In order to do this as effectively as possible, it is sometimes necessary to use your data for reasons beyond your immediate care. This allows us to understand population health and care needs, see local trends in health and understand pockets of illness or disease and take preventative measures. This is fully explained in our Privacy Notice

Where possible, we make sure that any information that identifies you is removed. This is called depersonalisation and depersonlised data.

We would like your opinion on how we use data and to understand what you are comfortable with. Please take a moment to answer the questions in our survey.
